Our mission is to provide comprehensive,quality industrial rehabilitation services to our clients. These services include consultations, case management services, prevention and treatment programs. 

Our goal is to promote wellness, safety awareness, maximizing functional performance and returning our clients to the work environment in a responsible, efficient and cost-effective philosophy and approach. 

 

  • Management & Employee Education Programs (English, Polish & Spanish):      Education leads to decreased injuries in the performance of job duties, decreased costs and increased revenues and productivity for the company and its employees.

  • Ergonomic/Safety Assessments:     Assessments of work stations for necessary modifications that result in safer work environments.
  • Transitional Duty Programs:     Assisting in the timely return of the employee back into the work setting.  Assessment and knowledge of the worker's limitations is crucial in the cross-training of the employee to assume duties that are compatible with his/her current condition.
  • Medical & Health Management & Surveillance:       Medical management policies should encourage workers to report 'symptoms'   early and supervisors/managers to send their symptomatic workers for prompt medical evaluation and treatment. Continuous communication and collaboration with the supervisor, will facilitate the creation of an efficient and effective health surveillance systems and on site injury prevention program.
  • Drug/Alcohol Testing & Employee Fitness & Assessments:     Once identified and treated, the employee is evaluated for his/her ability and determination to positively contribute to the company and to once again, become a valued member of the organization.
  • Data Collection, Audits & Program Reviews:      The development of a system to obtain data with which to determine the patterns or trends of work related musculoskeletal disorders with identification criteria that might identify symptoms or factors that may be indicators of developing work-related disorders or injuries.
  • Injury Prevention Programs:     Injury prevention is facilitated by determining that a hazard or potential hazard exists.  Elimination of risk control is accomplished by educating  the supervisors and the workers on safe body mechanics and safe work behavior.
  • Translation (oral & written) Services in Polish & Spanish:     Employee benefits, training manuals, work place policies.
